Conferences
The AEP organizes an Annual Board Meeting- Conference for approxiamately four days each October. These conferences are held for AEP related workers and Member Organization representatives and others in the Albanian/Balkans evangelical community. The time is filled with Spiritual input, fellowship, activities for missionary children, and our annual Business meeting. We also have free time to explore and rest and get to know each other and share our ideas and plans for the future.
This conference historically is held in a neighboring country so that workers can remove themselves from their ministry setting for a rest and because of limited accommodations for the size of this conference in Albania.

- EARLY Conference Registration: September 1, 2008
- FINAL Conference Registration: September 15, 2008
- 2007-2008 Organization Reports: October 1, 2008
 The GATHERING 2008 will be held in partnership with AIM (Associated International Missions) a sister organization serving in the Balkans. We will meet October 21-25 at the Hotel DRIM in Struga, Macedonia. (www.drim.com.mk).
Pastor Ronnie Stephens from Danube International Church in Budapest, Hungary will be our main speaker. (www.danubechurch.org).
